Riverbar and Kitchen makes Sunday sundowners a cinch
Although we’re technically nearing the end of summer, it’s ludicrous to expect the temperature to drop off dramatically any time soon. The mercury will still be high throughout March, which is good news for lovers of laid-back Sunday sessions. Riverbar and Kitchen is set to kick off its Corona Sunset Sessions series this Sunday February 24, with plenty of crisp beers to sip and tasty tacos to chow down on.
Aside from slip, slop and slap, no three words have encapsulated summer fun as much as sunsets, suds and snacks. Riverbar and Kitchen is looking to ride out the warm-weather season on a high, partnering with Corona to present a month of killer Sunday afternoon soirees. Aside from plenty of ice-cold beer, the celebrations will include live music from local bands, impressive river views and some great food.
Riverbar and Kitchen is dishing up some new menu additions for the occasion, specifically three kinds of tacos topped to bursting point with some tantalising fillings. Picture tacos stuffed with the likes of barbecued pulled pork with tangy slaw and jalapenos, battered fish with tartar sauce, iceberg and lemon, and fried chicken lathered with guacamole, red cabbage and harissa mayonnaise. The Corona Sunset Sessions will be kicking off this weekend, and will take place every Sunday until the end of March from 2:00–8:00 pm.
