For some paleo, raw and vegan treats are a nutritious way to indulge but for others, with food intolerances, it is a necessity that accompanies the luxury of a treat.

Rebecca Fielding and Rachael Rendle from Pure Food Addiction originate from both spectrums and beyond. Rachael grew up with various food intolerances and digestive issues, so a healthy way of eating was always her passion and Rebecca, originally from the decadent sugary treats camp, jumped ship when her children started to present food intolerances and allergies. Now the two invest all their energy in healthy, nutritious, allergen-friendly food that doesn’t compromise on taste.

Ingredients like coconut oil, almond meal, coconut flour, cacao powder, spirulina, spinach, almond butter, dates, chia seeds, maple syrup feature on the list of ingredients and are a burst of flavour as well as nutrition.

The menu consists of the likes of Snickers pie, lemon berry cheesecake, double-choc cheesecake, apple and cinnamon muffin’s, banana and cinnamon chia pudding, chocolate mousse, lemon tart and peppermint slice, and is sure to put a smile on the face of those with food intolerances. As well as everyone else! The Pure Food Addiction menu is updated each Friday on its website with the list of menu items available at the weekly Kuraby Farmers Markets.
