Try a raw cacao peanut butter chia pudding by Pressed Fresh

It starts with chia seeds, banana, Pressed Fresh almond mylk, organic raw cacao and agave syrup layered with peanut butter caramel sauce (dates, organic peanut butter, Pressed Fresh almond mylk and organic lucuma). All this is then topped with fresh banana, caramelised buckinis, cacao nibs, goji berries and coconut flakes.

It’s raw cacao peanut butter chia pudding by Pressed Fresh, a gooey caramel pudding with a slight crunch – pure goodness all wrapped up in a jam jar and available at the Kelvin Grove Village Market each Saturday.

Pressed Fresh started out with a range of cold-pressed juices. As opposed to juices that are derived by a machine, that generates heat on the fruit or vegetable, cold-pressed juices are said to retain more vitamins, minerals and enzymes. It’s all in the method, and Pressed Fresh uses an hydraulic press that applies thousands of pounds of pressure to slowly ‘press’ its fruit and vegetables so that the maximum amount of nectar is extracted from the pulp and fibre. With a selection including Morning Green, Green Hydration, Sunshine in a Bottle, Super Red and Zest, these juices are sure to put a spring in your step.

Branching out, Pressed Fresh have also added Almond Joy and Almond Cacao to the thirst-quenching pressed offerings, as well as raw vanilla coconut fig slice, salted caramel crunch bar and a raw protein ball, as well as cacao almond cashew butter. Stop by to munch on a healthy market snack or stock up on take-home treats.
