Grab a slice of heaven from Pizza Emporium’s new West End digs

Stafford Heights residents will already be well acquainted with the slices at Pizza Emporium, but now it’s West End’s turn to experience the flavour. Adrian Perez has picked up sticks and relocated to The Glass Factory where he will be cooking up a storm as of this week.

For five years Pizza Emporium has welcomed droves of pizza lovers through its doors, dispensing some of the finest slices in town. Owner, operator and accomplished pastry chef Adrian Perez recently decided to flex his culinary muscles in a new location, relocating Pizza Emporium to The Glass Factory on Vulture Street in West End. The space is nearly twice as big as Adrian’s Stafford Heights location, with a spacious kitchen capable of whipping up pizzas by the score. The spacious fit-out is perfect for groups and families, although takeaway and delivery options are also available for those Netflix-and-chew types.

Following Adrian’s ethos that pizza should bring joy and happiness, Pizza Emporium’s menu features two-dozen mood-brightening pizzas topped with a huge array of yummy ingredients. Pizza Emporium offers pizzas that break from the norm, preferring recipes that aren’t restrained by stiff tradition. Nine and 13–inch pizzas are available with flavours ranging from the delectable prosciutto and fig, tandoori chicken and gourmet Hawaiian to potato, bacon and artichoke, pescatore, salami cracker and vegetarian supreme. Those that aren’t in the mood for pizza (like that’s even possible) can order other dishes such as parmigiana, lasagne, salads and sides of rosemary and sea salt chips. Pizza Emporium also offers gluten-free pizza bases, and selects the freshest, preservative-free ingredients. A liquor license will be added in the future, but thirsty punters can order coffee and organic soft drinks to wash down their slice.
