One Fish Two Fish launches the first delicious installation of its Red Fish Blue Fish dinner series

If dishes like crawfish boil, Old Bay Carolina corn bread and local yabbies set you salivating, then don’t miss out on the highly anticipated first dinner event by Kangaroo Point’s newest seafood restaurant, One Fish Two Fish.

You know an evening that starts with an apple pie old fashioned and ends with pecan pie ice-cream with Moonshine sauce is going to be one heck of a good time. Add in some old school blues, ’80s jazz and a hearty serving of New Orleans-inspired fare, and you have yourself the very first dinner event by One Fish Two Fish featuring local chef Ben Williamson.

You may remember Ben from Gerard’s Bistro fame, or heard the whisperings of his new Fortitude Valley venture, 22 Agnes. Now the talented gastronome will be teaming up with One Fish Two Fish’s head chef Daniel Miletic to create a one-off seafood feast on Wednesday April 10. The first exciting edition of the Red Fish Blue Fish dinner series will feature a NOLA-style shared banquet menu with matching beverages. Get set for a sumptuous repast including red mullet, mackerel, Morcilla Spanish sausage and collard greens, teamed with drops such as the 2014 Verget Macon Bussieres Vignes de Montbrison and 1987 Toro Albala Don PX Gran Reserva. If you’re keen to join the feast, check out the full menu online and grab your ticket ASAP before they sell out.
