Get a little taste of Paris with OLALA’s French food experiences delivered to your door

Summer sojourns may be off the menu for the foreseeable future (thanks again, COVID), but that doesn’t mean we can’t enjoy a little taste of Paris thanks to OLALA’s French-food boxes. Loaded with everything you need to create a top-notch French feast including step-by-step recipes, quality French foodstuffs and even a Spotify playlist to set the mood. Bon appétit!

For the French, the act of dining together is about so much more than food. It’s an experience shared, a moment spent with loved ones engaging in spirited conversation and of course, amazing food and wine. It was this sense of collective enjoyment that inspired French epicurean Megane Bories to create OLALA French-food boxes. Whether you’re recreating a dish you enjoyed on past travels, from your childhood or you’re trying your hand at French cuisine for the first time, OLALA is an invitation to embark on a culinary journey and explore the different regional flavours France is known for. The curated boxes contain everything you need to whip up a five-star feast in a jiffy and to enhance the experience, each box contains a tailored French playlist ranging from Edith Piaf to Angele and everything in between. There’s also an option to add a bottle of French wine from Loluk Bistro, which we strongly recommend doing, you know, for authenticity.

Designed with dedicated French chefs, the Raclette Box by Loluk Bistro is perfect for cheese lovers and comes with delicious raclette cheese, a mouth-watering selection of French charcuterie, pickles, potatoes and, of course, a French baguette. The Raclette Box for two starts at $69.00. For meat-free folk, there is also a vegetarian version, which includes some seasonal veggies. For Sydney-based friends, OLALA does a delightful Breakfast Box by Tonton Bread, which includes an assortment of Bonne Maman jams, croissants and pain au chocolat but sadly that one is not yet available for delivery in the Sunshine State. There are a couple more OLALA boxes coming before year’s end (hint, a French picnic box, oui oui!) so keep an eye on OLALA’s website and get ready to experience the French way of living wherever you are.
