Healthy eating a breeze thanks to My Body Meals

As our lifestyles become jam-packed with work and life commitments, it can often be hard to find time to cook healthy (and tasty) meals. My Body Meals is the latest food delivery service that specialises in cooking dishes packed with protein and nutrition, dropping them off at your doorstep and making life a little bit easier.

Between work, sleep and social commitments, it’s often hard to keep your diet in check. Kudos to you if you manage to squeeze in a gym session a few times a week, but if you are anything like us at The Weekend Edition it all goes down the drain when it comes to cooking at home. Unless you have the time on your hands to plan your meals in advance, sometimes it can be hard to look after your body internally. Thankfully, My Body Meals delivery service is solving this issue with its range of high-protein meals that help improve brain function, support hormone balance and enhance the benefits of exercise.

My Body Meals is the brainchild of Sofie Van Kempen, Amy Cook and Daniel Jokovich – all health and fitness minded individuals. The trio has created a menu of delicious and healthy meals as well as a range of meal plans for busy bees to fit into their hectic schedule. Dishes consisting of lean minced beef, grilled chicken breast and greens and grilled salmon are available in handy packs, delivered around the inner suburbs of Brisbane or picked up from Wilde Kitchen in Teneriffe or Precinct at St. Ledger in Ascot. All meals are gluten free, free from preservatives and additives and also boast locally sourced ingredients in each meal. Dinner packs are delivered three times a week to maximise freshness and allow for optimal nutrition absorption.

The Stumble Guide is our comprehensive Brisbane dining guide with more than 1800 places to eat, drink, shop and play.
