Mörk sources its cacao liquor from Sur Del Lago in Venezuela – one of the oldest cacao growing regions in the world – boasting flavours of berries, almonds and stone fruit. The ‘Dutched’ cocoa powder is brought over from Peru and features a depth in flavour and lower acidity than other cacao varieties.
