MAd CoW BaKEs also makes deli sauces, such as Elanya’s own Turkish fig and elderflower balsamic glaze; amber sauce; and melon, mango and mint salad splash. Try the wonderful flavours of biscotti Elanya bakes including Danielle’s biscotti (named after a friend who helped with the recipe of white chocolate, cranberry and macadamia), cinnamon sugar biscotti, naked sbagliato biscotti, parmesan and chilli biscotti and parmesan and black cracked pepper biscotti.

Chocolate butternut and stout brownies, gluten-free white chocolate and raspberry swirl mudcake, grain-free chocolate brownies, godfather slice, monkey slice with brown butter frosting and chai spiced bunny slice with organic honeyed mascarpone all make a regular appearance on market stall tables ready to be snapped up by market goers.

Elanya’s family meals have been proving popular at the Fig Tree Farmers Markets. Take home a glam mac and cheese with free-range bacon, baby peas, three cheese béchamel and crunchy parmesan topping. Or try the BBC lasagne with butternut, baby spinach and corn.
