Lobster is the king of the crustaceans and, as such, makes for a royally good meal. We love our lobster, although sometimes a serving of the delectable shellfish can put a dent in our pocket. That’s why we were so delighted to hear that Treasury Brisbane has some seriously salivation-inducing lobster dishes that members of The Star Club can snap up from March 7 to April 17. Here’s what you can get your claws on …

From now until April 17, Treasury Brisbane has a mouth-watering selection of lobster specials on offer across its dining hubs for both lunch and dinner. All you have to do is hold a membership to The Star Club (if you haven’t joined up yet, you can do so for free here*), which allows you to enjoy delicious wild-caught Western Australia rock lobsters for only $34.99 – that’s a steal for these sumptuous seafood snacks!

From March 7–27, hungry folk can roll into Kitchen at Treasury to snag lobster linguine served with capers, chilli, fennel, rocket and grilled sourdough seven days a week from 10:00 am until midnight. More flavoursome fare awaits at Mei Wei Dumplings, where fried lobster with ginger, shallots and steamed rice gets cooked up Thursday through to Monday from 12:00–9:00 pm, or stroll into Fat Noodle Tuesdays through to Saturdays from 12:00–10:00 pm for wok-tossed lobster served with prawns, calamari, onion, spinach and glass noodles.

From March 28 to April 17, the crackin’ crustacean specials for members get amped up with a steak and lobster mornay served with chips and salad available at Kitchen at Treasury. Spice up your seafood feast with a chilli garlic lobster served with steamed rice from Mei Wei Dumplings or treat your tastebuds to something truly out of the box – the Banh Canh lobster served with prawns, quail eggs and tapioca noodles with thick seafood broth at Fat Noodle will do the trick. To learn more about these delicious deals, head to the Treasury Brisbane website.
