Little Brisbane brings local cuisine to the Brisbane Racing Carnival

Three of Brisbane’s best restaurants will be coming together to create a foodie haven in the middle of Doomben Racecourse throughout the racing festivities.

The Brisbane Racing Carnival is introducing a new element to its dining options in 2015 in partnership with some of Brisbane’s best restaurants. Moda, The Boatshed and ARIA will be opening a group of pop-up restaurants at the Little Brisbane Marquee at the AAMI Stradbroke Day. Little Brisbane packages allow patrons to sample fine food from a high-profile restaurant of their choice, whilst mingling in the al fresco lounge and deck area located trackside.

On June 6, the restaurants will be offering tailored food and beverage menus to keep punters fed throughout the racing festivities. ARIA will be plating up a selection of dumplings, pork and harissa sausage rolls and Moroccan spiced lamb. Moda’s marquee will be offering a range of Spanish canapes including chicken croquettes and romesco and wagyu beef cheek with bravas potatoes. The Boatshed’s menu includes grazing platters and more substantial fare such as seared scallops, confit duck and Beef City Platinum dry aged sirloin. Head to the Brisbane Racing Carnival website to secure your spot.
