Embark on a three-day Brisbane to Byron food trail with the Kiff & Culture crew

Created in partnership with Crystalbrook Collection, Kiff & Culture’s Brisbane to Byron food trail is three days worth of luxurious culinary adventures, top-notch accommodation and super-fun activities hosted by a friendly and trivia-filled tour guide. The tastebud-tantalising tour kicks off with pick up from your choice of Brisbane or the Gold Coast, from where you’ll cruise through lush rainforest towards Tamborine Mountain. Your first couple of stops will take you to some beloved local booze makers like Witches Falls Winery and Mason Wines before you coast towards Byron Bay and check in to the five-star Crystalbrook Byron. From there, you can embark on an Indigenous culture tour led by respected Arakwal custodian, Delta Kay, before digging in to a delicious dinner at Crystalbrook’s acclaimed in-house restaurant, Forest Byron Bay.
Day two sees the epicurean experience elevated to new heights. You can start the day off with a relaxing yoga session followed by a hearty breakfast at the hotel, which you can follow up with a bike ride in to town. Come midday, you’ll be back cruising through rolling green hills towards The Farm for lunch at Three Blue Ducks. You’ll then get to quench your thirst with craft brews at two of the region’s whistle-wetting favourites – Stone & Wood Brewery and Cape Byron Distillery. After a Sunday sleep in, guests can indulge in a nourishing breakfast before venturing through the Tweed Hinterlands. The first pit stop is at Tropical Fruit World, where you can grab a caffeinated brew and snack on some seasonal fruit. This sweet stop will be followed by a distillery tour at Husk Distillers, makers of the world-famous Ink Gin. It’s here where you can enjoy spirit tastings and a long leisurely lunch with striking Mount Wollumbin views – you can’t beat that! Then home is the final destination, and of course, you’ll get there in style and comfort in the form of the Kiff & Culture van. If you’re not ready for the adventure to end, you can book a night at the opulent Crystalbrook Vincent Hotel in Brisbane after the tour (or before, if you’re keen to kick off your trip with a staycay) at a special discounted rate.
