Sunday sessions get sophisticated at Jellyfish’s Rosé Sundays

Ditch the dingy beer gardens and wrap up your weekend the right way. Jellyfish at Eagle Street has established itself as the place to venture when your run-of-the-mill Sunday sessions have become stale. Picture free-flowing rosé, an ever-changing menu and unbeatable river views.

Jellyfish on Eagle Street is one of the more popular riverside locales when it comes to atmosphere and dining, but until now it had never offered its surrounds to Sunday revellers. Rosé Sundays at Jellyfish is a new event series that aims to add a dash of class to the ever-popular Sunday session by offering great nosh in a top-notch environment. From 11:00 am Rosé Sundays guests are treated to a sumptuous Mediterranean-style brunch made by head chef Sean Castille, as well as rosé by the bottle.

Seated along a spacious communal table, guests will be offered three-hours of food and drink ranging from cocktails on arrival to five rosé varietals pouring freely. The menu will be changing week to week, but can feature dishes such as char-grilled spatchcock or grilled baby squid to barbecued pumpkin and whole fish baked in salt and salsa romesco. Rosé Sundays will continue at Jellyfish until the end of summer, but don’t let the opportunity pass – you will be hard pressed to find a better spot to spend a Sunday afternoon.
