Join a foodie tour of Italy this spring
Each year, importer of specialist Italian foods Ben Cleary-Corradini of Benfatti Fine Italian Foods leads a food tour to Italy, taking local punters to meet artisan producers and, of course, eat their way around the country. Visiting some lesser-known regions of the passionate country, the food safari sees travellers partaking in truffle hunting in Ascoli Piceno, sipping organic wine in Tuscany and feasting on roast piglet in a mountain village in central Sardinia. The two-week tour runs September 21 to October 5 and you can nab an early bird spot before this Saturday March 15.
