For the carb conscience, there is even an open-plate option featuring your selection of smoked meat and salad with a side of crunchy dill pickles.

The house-smoked meats on offer range from Texas beef that is hot and peppery, Kansas pork that is sweet and mildly spiced or cajun chicken with a peppery and mildly hot flavour. Afterwards come back to satisfy your sweet tooth with sticky date and fig biscuits or dark chocolate brownies sandwiching a gooey marshmallow filling.
