Man searches for a sustainable fish he can love

When you pierced your fork into the flesh of your fish last night, did you spare a thought for where it may have come from, and how its death may have affected the ecosystem? Dan Barber certainly has. It was this concern for the sustainability of fish that motivated the chef and educator to embark on a surprisingly difficult mission to track down seafood that was farmed in an ethically responsible way. The project took him all the way to Spain, where he discovered a fish he could well and truly fall in love with. Dan shares his findings in a TED talk, entitled How I Fell In Love With A Fish.
