Australia’s oldest dairy cooperative Norco scoops out decadent new Hinterland ice-cream range

With flavours like burnt butter with caramel sauce, cookies and cream with Belgian chocolate and golden Jersey caramel macadamia, it’s highly likely you’ll need a little extra room in the trolley this summer.
Chances are high your phone is already out and your fingers are tapping Hinterland ice-cream into your shopping list. The new 100 percent Aussie-farmer-owned ice-cream line has been crafted from quality milk and cream sourced directly from Norco farmers, before being blended with quality ingredients in Lismore and delivered to Woolworths freezers around the country. The award-winning dairy cooperative has been filling our glasses for 125 years, and now with the leap into ice-cream will offer another channel for shoppers to support local farmers.
Ice-cream artisans crafted a collection of six flavours inspired by the classics of our childhoods but with a decadent twist. Think burnt butter with caramel sauce, cookies and cream with Belgium chocolate, decadent vanilla bean, espresso with chocolate almonds, salted dark-chocolate fudge and golden Jersey caramel macadamia.
