Sample Harajuku Gyoza’s colourful pink dragon fruit craft brew
Harajuku Gyoza is a gift that keeps on giving. After raindrop cakes, foot-long fries and various other specialties, the dumpling empire is delivering a new delight – pink dragon fruit beer. This fruity and fun drop is only going to be around for a short time, so act fact if you want a taste.
Australia’s craft-beer scene produces interesting flavour combinations on the regular, so a pink drag fruit-infused concoction should be a shock to anyone. Harajuku Gyoza’s craft-beer arm Yoyogi has brought its pink beverage that has already been deemed a success on the Gold Coast. The drop is brewed at the Harajuku Gyoza Beer Stadium, and is a seasonal release fresh from the Japanese-inspired micro brewery.
The pink dragon fruit beer is made with twenty kilos of dragon fruit per brew, with an added kilogram of dried hibiscus giving it its tropical aroma and fruity taste. Strawberries, vanialla and German huell melon hops add further depth to the flavour, with a huge dose of antioxidants and vitamin C to boot. You can taste this special batch at Harajuku Gyoza’s Brisbane City, Fortitude Valley and Indooroopilly locations.
