The new Cheese Alley lets you meet some of the country’s leading cheesemakers and sample styles from washed-rind blues to soft and creamy whites. Southeast pocket favourites Ashgrove Cheese, Olympus Cheese, Barambah Organics Dairy and Bangalow Cheese Co. will all be there, while a cheese masterclass will walk fromage fiends through a platter of different Australian cheeses matched with wine.

Big names Maggie Beer, George Calombaris and Manu Feildel are all in town, appearing at the Fisher & Paykel Celebrity Theatre, demonstrating their niche styles of cuisine. From Bellissimo Coffee and Blush Tomatoes to Roza’s Gourmet Sauces and Rekorderlig Swedish Cider, producers at the Good Food & Wine Show this weekend range from the local to the international.
