Superfoods and sweets combine for Gelatissimo’s new gelato with benefits range
When we’re on a health kick, usually the first indulgence we cut out is dessert, and the unequivocal queen of sweet treats is ice-cream. If you simply cannot quit the frozen delicacy (we are in the same boat, by the way), we’ve just caught wind of a new iced goodies range that ranks a bit better when it comes to ~ health ~. Enter Gelatissimo’s new gelato with benefits range, a trio of superfood flavours that won’t completely ruin your ‘new year, new me’ resolutions. As long as you can restrain yourself to two scoops or less, that is.
Gelatissimo’s new gelato with benefits range is putting a decadent twist on some of your favourite superfoods and healthy snacks. Acai addicts can skip the $20 brunch bill and get their fix with the acai-bowl flavour, which is made with Amazon Power acai and topped with berries and Carman’s crunchy golden granola. Next up on the roster of must-try morsels is a plant-based choc-coconut protein flavour made from a mixture of vegan-friendly choc-coconut gelato and a sprinkling of Blessed Protein Powder – so you can sate your sweet tooth after a big workout. Last not but not least, there is the ginger-and-lemon kombucha flavour concocted with Margaret River’s Rok Kombucha and topped with a swirl of real ginger pieces.
Whilst we are in the midst of the final month of summer (yes, folks we have nearly made it without melting!), these healthier-than-usual creations are the perfect post-walk, pre-swim delight. If you want to get your hot little hands around these indulgent confections, you better strap on your shoes – no judgement if your seasonal footwear of choice is thongs as they will only be in Gelatissimo stores for a limited time! You can find your local stockist here. You’re welcome.
