The gelato experts have teamed up with quintessential Australian beverage company Bundaberg Brewed Drinks to create a ginger-beer gelato – a timely and refreshing invention, considering the sizzling seasonal temperatures.
There’s no crazy trickery to get that distinct Bundaberg ginger beer flavour – it’s simply added straight from the bottle, imbuing the gelato mixture with the light fizz and the iconic taste of the effervescent beverage.
