Bite into a chewy treat from Fudge Forever

It’s that kind of weather where you can snuggle up in front of a fire and gently bite through a cube of chewy fudge whilst sipping on a nice wine. The fudge melts in your mouth leaving a creamy aftertaste, the fire is mesmerising, and the wine adds it own little touch to your relaxation.

Fudge Forever who set up stall at The Collective Market at South Bank and Wynnum Twilight Market whip up an abundance of this homemade soft, chocolaty, oh-so-sweet stuff. These crowd pleasing candies are the handiwork of Rosie Sharkey who has been passionately serving them up to market goers for two years .

Fudge Forever  offers a range of flavours ready to appease your cravings, including the traditional kind of chocolate and caramel but with numerous selections to keep you coming back to try more. Think sherbet, lemon meringue, coconut ice, choc mint, red velvet, lemon sorbet, cookies and cream, watermelon, bubble gum, jam donut, birthday cake, creme brulee, jaffa and butterstock just to name a few. Rosie is constantly creating new flavours to excite her customers taste buds.

If you’re craving a midweek fix of Rosie’s fudge you can head on down to Tea Chests at Teneriffe.
