Cafe dining with a Vietnamese spin at Auchenflower’s Four Sisters on Lang

A true family business, Four Sisters on Lang is a unique cafe and lunch stop that offers traditional Vietnamese options and classic brunch fare.

Tucked away a short walk from Coronation Drive is a humble eatery that is perfect for midday lunch respite or a grab-and-go bite, run by four sisters. Taking over the space formerly occupied by Milton Village Cafe, the four sisters refreshed the space that boasts air-conditioned interior setaing and an outdoor courtyard. Seizing the opportunity to cater for those in need of a reliable lunch spot in the area, Four Sisters on Lang fills the gap with a range of refreshing meals for reasonable prices.

Four Sisters on Lang features a menu of all-day breakfast and lunch options. Eggs Benedict, bacon and egg muffins, vegetarian breakfast and breakfast baguettes make for a great start, with takeaway muffins, fruit salads and muffins available to take away. Busy bees that need a pick-me-up can do so with a perfectly poured cup of Di Bella coffee or can get a greater kick with some traditional Vietnamese drip coffee from Trung Nguyên. Lunch time sees the four sisters whipping up some incredible options including beef burgers, chicken burgers, streak sandwiches and B.L.A.T.s. Rounding out the menu is a large selection of traditional Vietnamese rice paper rolls, banh mi and vermicelli salad with fillings such as BBQ pork, lemongrass chicken, fried tofu and grilled beef.
