That’s why the arrival of Four Pillars’ new ready-to-drink Rare Dry Gin & Tonic is so welcome. To create these canned quaffs, Four Pillars’ distiller Cam Mackenzie started by distilling a hyper-concentrated version of the original Four Pillars Rare Dry Gin using around twice as many of the exact same botanicals. From there, he created a tonic that would perfect the concoction and, after extensive taste-testing trials, the Rare Dry G&Ts were perfected.
The result is a tasty balance of sweet, sour and bitter – the ultimate zingy refreshment to help beat the heat.
