Eleven Rooftop Bar opens in Fortitude Valley
Perched 11 storeys high, Brisbane’s newest rooftop bar offers 270-degree views across Fortitude Valley, Brisbane City and beyond.
The expert team that brought you The Jetty South Bank and The Jetty on Oxford is set to unveil a dashing new rooftop space tomorrow, Friday July 24. Sitting atop a brand-new building on Ann Street, cosy seating dotted around the rooftop invites guests to take in the spectacular views while nibbling on a share plate or sipping a cocktail. Soak up the laidback vibe by day from the comfort of a sun-drenched sofa or enjoy the party in the evening parked in a semi-private booth with bottle service.
Inspired by the many rooftop bars of Istanbul, as well as the relaxed, luxe party vibe of venues in Bali and Ibiza, owner Jason Coats has created a relaxed yet sophisticated venue where locals can chill out and chat in the sunshine or under shelter while looking over Fortitude Valley, the city and out to the Story Bridge. Share plates include curried meatballs with coconut raita and grilled octopus with anchovy, caper butter and confit tomatoes, while desserts such as ginger and lime panna cotta with figs and rooftop honeycomb are perfect on their own or as the bookend to your banquet.
