Delfina was Kellie-Ann’s grandmother, who also shared a passion for fine wine and dinner with her loved ones. In Delfina’s honour, Kellie-Ann has created an inviting space decorated with tributes to her, complete with a wall of family photos and sprinklings of old-world trinkets. Diners can take a seat in the main dining area, or bring together their favourites to sit at the private long table.

The modern Australian menu has European influences and is available for lunch and dinner, with a range of starters, entrees, mains, desserts and cheeses. You can begin your meal with a choice of oysters, followed but entrees such as confit rabbit with potato, brussels sprouts and pancetta, or smoked ocean trout with avocado wasabi puree, marinated beetroot and radish. Mains include duck breast with Le Puy lentils and braised leek, or pork belly with blackened carrot puree, walnut and sweet onion jus. Finish with a creatively presented dessert of almond panna cotta with meringue and milk chocolate, or a frozen mandarin bar with violet cream, white chocolate and pistachio. Select your sips from the wine list, or opt for one of Delfina’s Bistro’s signature cocktails.
