Dessert gods Connoisseur and Koko Black team up to create two new ice-cream flavours
Chocolate or ice-cream? If there was ever a moment where we had to choose our favourite of the two, we think we would spontaneously combust before we could give an answer. Thankfully, that won’t be necessary as beloved ice-cream brand Connoisseur Gourmet Ice Cream has partnered with cherished artisan chocolatier Koko Black to meld these treasured sweets together to create a scrumptious new ice-cream range. In more good news, you can get your hands on these indulgent creations as of today, Thursday October 14, which just so happens to be World Dessert Day.
Connoisseur Gourmet Ice Cream and Koko Black is a match made in heaven, and we get to reap the sweet benefits of their delicious relationship. To design the indulgent new ice-cream collection, Connoisseur’s team of culinary masterminds worked closely with Koko Black and their head chocolatier Remco Brigou, leaning on his many years as a master chocolatier to find the perfect balance of flavours. The result is not one, but two decadent ice-cream flavours that we can’t wait to lick up.
Frozen-dessert fiends can satisfy their sweet tooth with a vanilla ice-cream stick dipped in Koko Black’s signature 54-percent dark chocolate as well as a honeycomb ice-cream coated in Koko Black’s signature Tasmanian leatherwood honeycomb pieces in 54-percent dark chocolate. If you’re ready to rip open one of these slices of paradise as soon as possible, you can find the Connoisseur x Koko Black ice-cream collection at your local grocery stores right now. You’ll pay $8.40 for a multipack of four sticks (which we definitely won’t be sharing, FYI) and $4.40 for a single stick.
