The leisurely meal will commence with dishes like artichoke and spring onion creme fraiche with oat and Portuguese salt biscuits, before moving on to highlights like rosemary, garlic and truffle-roasted spring leg of lamb and sweet chocolate-dipped strawberries for dessert. Of course, the swilling experts behind Clovely Estate have also prepared a superb list of wines to match, including the likes of a 2010 shiraz, 2013 verdelho and 2010 Left Field Petit Verdot.
