Clovely Estate hosts Spring Harvest Long Table Dinner

Pull up a chair at Clovely Estate’s long table and tuck in to a fresh feast of the season’s best local offerings. Raise your forks and your glasses for the Clovely Estate Spring Harvest Long Table Dinner, commencing at 7:00 pm on Saturday October 26 at the South Burnett winery’s city cellar door in Red Hill. The leisurely meal will commence with dishes like artichoke and spring onion creme fraiche with oat and Portuguese salt biscuits, before moving on to highlights like rosemary, garlic and truffle-roasted spring leg of lamb and sweet chocolate-dipped strawberries for dessert. Of course, the swilling experts behind Clovely Estate have also prepared a superb list of wines to match, including the likes of a 2010 shiraz, 2013 verdelho and 2010 Left Field Petit Verdot.
