In March, locals of the inner south woke up to a bright new day – one that boasted blue skies, good temperatures and the aroma of delicious coffee. Blue Sky Coffee picked up sticks and moved its roaster from Newstead to the heart of Woolloongabba, where beans are prepared, packaged and distributed to fans across town (and beyond). If you like to get your coffee straight from the source, Blue Sky Coffee also installed a sharp new espresso bar, pouring a range of specialty blends to help get you energised for the day ahead. more
