Set amongst the globally influenced restaurants of the M&A precinct, Gordita is the latest establishment from local restaurateur Jamie Webb – the man behind Peasant, Cabiria and Lefty’s Old Time Music Hall. The sophisticated menu has been crafted by esteemed Spanish chef Alfonso Ales, while the interior murals were created at the hand of Brisbane artist Sofles. Secure your seat for the Cloudy Bay Clam Bake at Stokehouse Q

South Bank standout Stokehouse Q is farewelling the final days of summer with a seafood feast to rival Robinson Crusoe’s daily nibbling. Head chef Richard Ousby has put a local spin on the traditional Californian Clam Bake, dishing up delights like chilli, lime and coriander pinwheels, prawn cocktails, clam chowder, sand crab, tua tua clams, crispy oysters and barbecued clams. The underwater spread will be complemented by Cloudy Bay’s crisp sauvignon blanc and sparkling, a live DJ and a river setting. The Cloudy Bay Clam Bake will kick off at 6:00 pm on Thursday February 27. more
