When Gnocchi Gnocchi Brothers first launched in Brisbane, demand for the gnoccheria's heavenly potato clouds was widespread from the jump. In order to cater to the inner-city crowd's insatiable appetite for its product, the Gnocchi Gnocchi Brothers team opened a pop-up location on James Street, alleviating the load on its Paddington HQ. As the brand expanded with more bricks-and-mortar spaces, the James Street pop-up closed, leaving locals with a gnocchi-sized hole in their hearts – that is, until now. Gnocchi Gnocchi Brothers has made its triumphant return to Brisbane's flourishing high street, opening a new permanent locale that is dishing up serve after serve of rich and pillowy soft pasta. more
