We can usually trust Bunker in Milton to be open to calm our caffeinated needs when a public holiday rolls around – affording those who don’t reside or work in the area an indulgent trip to this weekday-only haunt. This Good Friday, Bunker will indeed again be treating tastebuds, but not with the usual espresso-based creations. The espresso machine will be rolled away, making room for the coffee wizardry that occurs for Bunker’s annual black coffee day. The hole-in-the-wall haunt will be brewing next-level all-filter coffees from Brisbane’s Cup Coffee Roasters, the UK’s Small Batch Coffee Company, Melbourne’s Code Black Coffee Roasters and Proud Mary Coffee Roasters. Head along this Friday April 18 from 8:00 am to 1:00 pm.
