Winning bet – Betty’s Burgers & Concrete Co. expands with new Indooroopilly eatery
We’re still digesting the festive feasts we consumed over the Christmas period, but there’s one more morsel we purposefully saved room for. Just before we all set our out-of-office automatic email replies, Betty’s Burgers opened its third Brisbane location in Indooroopilly. Now 2019 is in full swing and this fresh arrival is sure to test our resolve as far as new-year resolutions are concerned.
When it comes to Southeast Queensland success stories, Betty’s Burgers & Concrete Co. ranks amongst some of our most popular exports. After establishing itself as a Hastings Street icon, the Noosa-born outfit burst into Brisbane’s foodie scene in 2017, opening two locations in Chermside and Newstead in quick succession. Brisbane scored its third location at Indooroopilly Shopping Centre’s Station Road dining precinct just before Christmas last year, and it came amidst a flurry of expansion with a new spot arriving in Coomera in October and a second Melbourne location opening to the public a few weeks previously in November. The Indooroopilly location is imbued with Betty’s signature coastal vibes, with a colourful fit-out proving to be the perfect setting to enjoy the venue’s stellar offering.
At this stage we feel like everyone should already be well acquainted with the Betty’s Burgers menu, but then we realise not everybody is as much of a burger-craving manic as us. If you’re yet to ingest one of Betty’s mouth-watering morsels, you’re only missing out on some of the finest eats in town. We’re talking burgers stuffed with juicy Angus beef, southern fried chicken, crispy pork belly and fried mushroom patties, as well as seasoned French fries, onion rings, thick shakes and decadent concrete custard ice-cream.
Betty’s Burgers & Concrete Co. is now open at Indooroopilly Shopping Centre. Head to the Stumble Guide for details.
