Staples such as Sicilian cherry tomato sauce with fresh basil, carnaroli rice (half-milled), paccheri pasta from Umbria, Tuscan almond wafers and organic Novello extra-virgin olive oil are sure to inspire a fabulous menu. And more specialised ingredients like porcini mushrooms and black-truffle cream, pure saffron stigmas from Sardinia, truffle-infused Acacia honey from Le Marche and chilli, carrot and tomato paste from Sicily will burst your gastronomic boundaries.
