Restaurants are constantly keeping an eye on what’s happening across Australia’s food scene, and the maestros at Eagle Street’s Aria are no exception. The acclaimed restaurant has announced the return of its Trial Fridays – a chance for diners to sample new food and wine trends before they infiltrate Aria’s new seasonal menu.
There’s a lot of trial and error that goes into plating up the perfect dish, and staying current is a lot harder than it looks. That being said, one restaurant that you can count on to stay on trend is Eagle Street’s Aria. If you like having your finger on the pulse as far as food and wine is concerned, Aria’s Trial Fridays is right up your alley. Over the next month, Aria will be hosting a series of special evenings showcasing the latest trends popping up in the culinary scene, with the restaurant’s award-winning chefs and head sommelier on hand to discuss these salivation-worthy shifts.
Every Trial Fridays event will treat diners to a special five-course taster of Aria’s emerging new seasonal menu, as well as two glasses of wine selected from the restaurant’s award-winning wine list. Flavour profiles and combinations will be explored and Australia’s culinary landscape will be examined across three evenings on February 22, March 8 and March 22.
