The popular Singaporean concept has just opened a new location on Albert Street in the heart of Brisbane’s CBD, following on quickly from the recent opening of its Westfield Chermside spot.

If you haven’t yet had the pleasure of nibbling some 4Fingers goodness, then here’s the scoop. 4Fingers specialises in serving free-range fried chicken, hand-brushed with special naturally fermented sauces and served with sides made using locally sourced ingredients. The kitchen cranks out crunchy wings, drumettes and legs, chicken katsu sandwiches, chicken chops with fries, and chicken burgers served on artisanal charcoal buns. The fun doesn’t stop there – 4Fingers offers protein-filled combo options such as rice boxes served with daily fermented kimchi coleslaw, chicken, calamari or tofu, as well as battered shrimp and salad.
