Set for Saturday, September 28 at 6:30 pm, this pop-up dinner experience will take place in an undisclosed location in the Brisbane area.

Imagine an exclusive, intimate diner in a hidden Brisbane locations, revealed just 48 hours before the event. With only 22 sears available, guests will share a communal table with fellow food enthusiasts and leave with new friends.

Guests will embark on a culinary adventure with a multi-course feast. The menu will blend the rich flavours of Polish cuisine with the unique essence of Australian bush tucker, inspired by Zosia’s Polish heritage with an Australian native twist revisiting her Baltic meets Bush concept.
