You're the Voice

You’re the Voice

You’re the Voice is a pioneering choral project, encouraging Australians to unite their voices and turn the tide on domestic violence. Join the sea of voices in Brisbane when thousands of choir members and individuals from across Australia will come together alongside Katie Noonan, Kate Ceberano, Isaiah and other star talent in the South Bank Piazza and via live stream to help raise awareness of domestic and family violence.

Inspired by the powerful lyrics of John Farnham’s iconic song and directed by the Choir of Hard Knocks’ Dr Jonathon Welch AM, You’re the Voice promises to be a moving and unforgettable event. The city, suburbs and regional areas of Queensland will be filled with song throughout July with pop-up choral performances and concerts taking place around the state, before the mass finale event at Brisbane’s South Bank Piazza. Be there to witness the monumental power of thousands standing united and raising their voices for change. To complement the concert, a Sony Foundation charity single featuring Archie roach, Kate Ceberano, Katie Noonan, Troy Cassar-Daley, Montaigne and Isaiah is available on iTunes to raise funds to support young people suffering from domestic violence.
