Four entrepreneurial chefs have banded together to host a feast of epic proportions in the name of charity. Ollie Hansford, Rob Wood, Cormac Bradfield and Callum Grey have all worked in some of Brisbane’s best restaurants and know how to put on a good spread, therefore they decided to pool their knowledge and raise money for children’s charity Variety.

On March 7, Wandering Cooks will be transformed into a dining hall for 70 guests, who will enjoy a cocktail and canapes before sitting down to a four-course meal with matching wine pairings. Each chef will be taking ownership for a course, treating diners to a culinary journey with multiple tour guides. Tickets are $125 per person, with a prize raffle taking place at the end of the meal.
