Do you love smoked meat? Do you want copious amounts of smoked meat in and around your mouth? After much teasing, Barbecue Mafia are launching the first ever You Had Me at Meat Tornado event on Saturday February 27 from 5:30 pm until sold out. The Barbecue Mafia low-n-slow shack will be popping up at Republic Coffee Traders in East Brisbane.

The menu for the event includes:

• 12 hour cherry smoked Cape Grim Beef Brisket, slaw, tangy bbq sauce, jack cheese and Pickle Head pickles on a seeded bun
• 10 hour apple smoked pulled pork collar, slaw, vinegar barbecue sauce, jack cheese and Pickle Head pickles on a seeded bun

Republic Coffee Traders will also be open serving some of the best coffee in Brisbane and assorted cold drinks.
