World Kitchen Garden Day – Seed Saving
A seed is a plant packed into a suitcase, ready to go on holiday. In this workshop we will cover why it is important to save seeds and how you can start preserving heirloom varieties. We will also cover seed cleaning for wet and dry seeds, when to harvest, and how to store them.
Requirements: Wear a hat and covered shoes. Bring a snack and a keep cup or water bottle.
Location: Meet at the Kitchen in the Garden.
