Gather your foodie gang, Will & Flow is launching a luxe long lunch series and you won’t want to miss it! The Will & Flow Longest Lunch, hosted by Chandon, will be a feast for the senses where guests can soak up delicious bites, crisp tipples and spectacular river views. Across long tables spanning the north bank Riverwalk, 200 guests will be treated to a decadent, five-course menu paired with Chandon wine. Guests will sip on a selection of the winery’s finely crafted Australian sparkling wines whilst a side of fresh seafood and exceptional Queensland produce will be on offer – think prosciutto-wrapped goats cheese with walnuts, pear and fig pearls, cured salmon with whipped citrus mascarpone, caper oil and crispy fried onion, and corn-fed chicken breast with potato puree, roasted root vegetables and jus gras.
