In this series of topographical photographs, Cieran observes the natural and man-made markings on an expansive area of the Western Australian outback. Motivated by the underlying essence of nature, Cieran’s photographs linger on the way light falls on the surface of the vast expansive Salt Flats he captured and the subtle complexities of pattern and line that are left behind.
