West Village Wellness Week
Festive feasts, extended holidays and the allure of the holy Tim Tam packet (and a three-day lockdown) may have thrown a spanner into the works when it comes to our new year health resolutions, but the beauty of working out is that you just have to give it a red hot go. Thankfully, West Village’s Wellness Week is just around the corner, taking over the precinct from Monday January 18 to Friday January 22. The jam-packed event will see Goodlife trainers transform The Common into one big outdoor gym – a taste of what’s to come before the opening of Goodlife West End in May.
The calendar is filled with plenty of classes that will help you start (or re-start) your health and wellness journey, with outdoor bootcamp sessions, yoga, pilates, Sh’bam and even body combat on the cards. On the nutrition side, eager learners can join in on the Advanced Nutrition Foundation session or the Becoming a Recovery Wellness Machine session, both set up to ensure you have the need-to-know health and wellness information to help you stay on track and smash your resolutions.
