This Triathlon Workshop will help age group triathletes of any level get the competitive edge and fast track their success.
Covering the topics of Recovery Nutrition and Building an Unbreakable Body you’ll learn from the triathlon experts ways to improve your triathlon performance in the shortest amount of time.
Advanced Sports Dietitian, Taryn Richardson, will give you a clear framework to nail your recovery nutrition. Learn why and how to back up and recover faster so you can perform better in your next session and not fall into a heap by the end of the training week. Feel confident you’re hitting the right targets for you and putting back into your body exactly what it needs.
Exercise Physiologist, Huw Darnell, will share how to incorporate the key pillars of movement – strength, locomotion and breathing, into your training program.
He’ll take you through your paces and show you how to do the right exercises the right way to maximise your performance, reduce injury and improve recovery.
