Experience the Toowoomba Weetwood Races, a prestigious event synonymous with racing in Toowoomba – a historical event more than 127 years in the making. This year will further see the Toowoomba Weetwood make another momentous step, transforming from a great local raceday to a national event. The event will also showcase some of the best racehorses, from our rising two and three-year-old track stars to seasoned gallopers vying for Weetwood and Toowoomba Cup honours.

Clifford Park is the home of the Toowoomba Turf Club (TTC) and Toowoomba’s premier racing, events and function venue, offering the perfect setting to witness metropolitan racing, in an electrifying atmosphere, where all racegoers can ‘be part of the action’. As the introduction to Queensland’s Winter Racing Carnival, be captivated by the highly competitive racing program with over $600,000 of prize money on offer.

The Toowoomba Weetwood now boasts a full week of activities to celebrate racing in our wonderful community. This year, Weetwood Week will be set alight with the introduction of the Weetwood Gala on Saturday April 1, in the Audi Centre VIP Grande Marquee at Clifford Park. The Weetwood Gala will launch a week of decadence and excitement.
