Yes, the annual mega-sale first made popular in the US as a post-Thanksgiving tradition, has quickly become one of Australia’s sale events of the year. Toowong Village will be celebrating Black Friday over two days with exclusive discounts across a range of fashion, health and beauty, shoes, accessories, homewares and gifts. With Christmas only weeks away, we can’t think of a better way to kickstart our gift shopping.

Highlights of this sale include massive savings of up to 60% on the original price of selected already reduced fashion, shoes, accessories, homewares, bedding and electrical at David Jones, 20% off all retail products and all GHD’s at Cobelle Creative, 20-50% off storewide at Bed Bath N’ Table, 30% off everything at Lorna Jane, 25% off everything at Wittner Shoes, discounts up to 75% off at Robins Kitchen and much, much more. Sweetening their already great Black Friday deals, Toowong Village will be serving complimentary Prosecco and Aperol Spritz from their Prosecco Pop-Up on the Gallery level outside David Jones between 12:00 pm and 3:00pm on both sale days. Shoppers can also grab snacks in exchange a gold coin donation from two designated carts – for sweet tooths, a lolly cart will be located on Level 1 outside David Jones while savoury cravings can be sorted at the popcorn cart that will be located on the ground level outside Robins Kitchen. Proceeds from both carts will go towards Rural Aid’s Buy a Bale campaign, which supports local Australian farmers.
