Head on over to the Percolator Gallery this weekend to view the latest works by Brisbane artist, Anita Hochman. The ‘Timescapes’ exhibition will showcase Anita’s alluring landscape abstractions in oils, iridescent acrylics and iPad art works. Hochman explores approaches to the landscape, to rendering light, movement and space, with expression and intuition in a palette ranging from the moody to the luminous. The land and water-scapes of the Northern Rivers and the Sunshine Coast infuse these paintings, as do imagined places, and memories of skies, of forms and colours glimpsed and stored in her visual memory.
