Three Little Pigs Supper Club

Here for a good time not a long one, Three Little Pigs Supper Club is popping up at Alf’s Place in Fortitude Valley for two short weeks this October and November. The pop-up venue is the work of Jules Nguyen, who you may recognise from Three Little Pigs Vietnamese Chargrill, which has been kicking around the Brisbane market scene serving up chargrilled Vietnamese skewers and fresh bun bowls to the masses. Rather than running with the usual suspects of phos and rice paper rolls, Jules is upping the ante with Three Little Pigs Supper Club and offering three different set menus filled with hearty and moreish home classics such as caramelised sweet and sticky pork ribs over steamed rice and Xiu Mai Banh Mi (the Vietnamese meatball with a french baguette). Also coming fresh from the kitchen will be some of their market favourites (but with a twist), and they have our vego friends covered with a buddha bowl. Three Little Pigs Supper Club swings open its doors later this month on Thursday October 26, serving up dinner from 6:00 pm for two weeks Thursday through Saturday.
