The Dinner Series at Sirromet
Gather your wine-loving crew and head to the hinterland – Mount Cotton’s wine and dine destination, Sirromet’s Restaurant Lurleen’s is hosting a delicious Dinner Series event on Thursday March 5.
Be taken on a tastebud-tantalising culinary journey by award-winning, French cuisine-trained Chef Sasaki San, owner of Tokyo based restaurant Elezo and Sirromet’s Executive Chef Mathew Fulford. Sharing a combined philosophy of minimal intervention and purity, the two chefs are set to prepare a cutting-edge five-course menu featuring unique dishes with a fusion of mouthwatering French, Japanese and modern Australian cuisine – all made from seasonal, regional and local produce. Their combined passion for utilising quality produce in unique (and delectable) dishes will give you a new profound appreciation for dining. Oenophiles will be happy to hear that each dish is expertly matched with a Sirromet wine, so guests can sip and snack all night long.
This one-night-only affair is a bucket-list event for foodies and wine connoisseurs alike. Tickets are $149 per person, grab yours at Sirromet’s website.
